You can visit any of these District Courts located in Tis Hazari, Dwarka, Rohini, Saket, Karkardooma or Patiala House and approach. Magistrates in Group-A Category by status with judicial powers are called Magistrate 1st Class. District magistrates as Magistrates of First Class. The official seal, which such Magistrates use, also indicates their being of 1st Class Category.

Hi,

My husband is working in abroad and he will be back for admission by 27th Jan means after submission of application form for admission. plz tell me the solution of my problem. if i have to give an undertaking for absence of my husband so plz provide me the format.

Relax. Interviews and interactions are banned as a part of screening procedure as per RTE Act. So either parents presence will work out.

but most of the schools like Ryan Intrnational and Salwan (East Delhi ) wants both parents presence at the time of documenst verification.Thatswhy i want the solution of my problem.if i have to give an undertaking from my side that it should  be on plane paper or i have to give an affidevit from the notary for absence of my husband. plz provide me the format for undertaking or affidevit or tell me the solution of my problem.
