affidavit of first born child from SDM

Many schools are asking for affidavit of first born child attested by SDM, and not simple notary. ( Latter being less cumbersome I feel).

Any idea what is the procedure for getting affidavit attested by SDM ( SDM of Vasant Kunj area).

Ask your nearby notary ,last year parents got it done through them only as they have contacts
