Affidavit of First born/girl child

Do we need to make separate original affidavit of First born/girl child for every school we are applying for or we can make single affidavit in original with school name blank (.........) and make photo-copy of same and can submit the photocopy of affidavit.

You can make an affidavit without any school name (unless mentioned by any particular school ). But you should confirm with the school before submission if they accept photocopy of the affidavit. Lat year few schools accepted but schools adked for original affidavit and even few schools asked just  for a self declaration from parents.
