Affidavit of First Girl Child

Please confirm me Affidavit of first girl child is attested by only Notary or Self attested or Gazetted Officer. And what is the language.

i think it should be notary attested and it must be required at the time of verification only and not for online registration.  do confirm from more ppl.

Yes its done on stamp paper of Rs. 10 and stamp and seal of  notory is required.

You can keep  self attested copies of the affidavit then.

Some school is ready to accept the Affidavit issued by Notary but some school are accepting Affidavit issued by SDM office (Gazetted Officer). Better to provide Affidavit issued by SDM office to avoid cancellation of form. All format should be in English.
