Affidavits

DO each school require separate affidavits for girl child, first child , immunization record , medical certificate etc? I mean , do we need to get original affidavits for each school separately or photocopies of original affidavit can be submitted at time of filling up of application form ?

Schools will come out with detailed admission process. Few may ask affidavit which is original and few may ask just self declaration from parents while submission of forms. So wait for admission notification of different schools which will be updated in main admission thread.  Medical certificate should be original and may be needed only during admission.
