Age criteria

Can some one enlighten me with any document if what's the age criteria for pre school admission. I am doubtful whether my daughter is eligible this year (2017-18) or not since she was born on 15 April 2014.

Min 3 yrs on 31 Mar on 2017 for Nursery (would be eligible next year)

Thanks for informing Sakshi, so bad just because of 15 days she has to wait for a year
