Is there any age restriction like the kid should be between 3 to 4 years old for nursery admission in Delhi for 2017-18?

Only minority schools are doing as they have autonomy given by HC but case is sub judice else no other school can do this as doe had mentioned in notification . We have highlighted in today's navbharat Times.
Let's wait n watch wat govt does on this issue.
