AGE CRITERIA (Few schools not abiding DOE guidelines on Age criteria)

Few schools have kept an upper limit for the age, and have given a span of dates (Born between 1st April, 2010 and 31st March, 2011) for eligibility which is not as per the DOE guidelines . For example:

Tagore International School, East of Kailash,
Birla Vidya Niketan,
Father Agnel School,
Mirambika,
St Paul's School

are the few that I came across. Please see if this can addressed otherwise we will not be able to apply in many such sought after schools. Thanks.

bal bharti school prasad nagar, frank Anthony school and faith academy and lot more school are not abiding the rules. my son dob is 30-1-2010 but school criteria is 1st April, 2010 and 31st March, 2011.
