Since on 1st April'2013, ur daughter will be 3+ (for Delhi), she will be eligible to get admission in next session 2013-14 starting from 1st April'2013, the admission process will start some time end of this yr... .... Most of the schools come out with forms on1st Jan and then there are school specific criteria of admission (like age, resi distance frm school, alumini, transfer case,sibling etc.)....u will get all info on this site.....be regular on forum for info....all the best.

Thanks for your revert. But as per my understanding cut off date for admission is 31st march.so will the schools consider her for admission... Please confirm.

Ashma, Thats for delhi 3 yrs on 31 mar,in Gurgaon and NCR its flexible so some schools ask for 3yrs on 31 sep or 3.5 yrs on 31 Mar  and few schools ask for 3 yrs on 31 mar.

yes SCHOOLS CONSIDER 3YRS OF THE ACADEMIC YEAR . so your daughter would be eligible for all the school in gurgaon as she is 3years 6 months on 2013.

If you are looking in gurgaon than age is flexible . some schools take at 3.5 yrs others at 3yrs on 31 mar rest you have got reply from Mr Manchanda or you can see our excel sheet for all details for Delhi and NCR.

Hello everyone
I am still confused. My daughter will turn 3 in Feb 2013. So is it the time for me to start hunting for schools? I am looking for schools in and around undisputed, noida, GHz.

Hi Sakshi

You have mentioned couple of times that Shiv Nadar Gurgaon is flexible about age criteria. I called the school they told me 3.5 years for Nursery as on Sep is a fixed criteria and they don't do any exceptions. You know any other way of confirming this??
