Age criteria for EWS candidates.

could anybody please put some lights on upper age limit for EWS candidate. specific school have denied to shortlist and put him out of draw. School allowed me to apply but now denying to add his name for draw. Its urgent, please help me out. Any DOE circular or guidelines available ??

As per doe school cannot put upper cut off limit and Mr Vohra has already complaint to DOE but no action taken by doe .thousand of children suffering .
