In it's guidelines DPS Mathura Road has stated the criteria for the first born child but has not asked for the affidavit to certify that, so should we get that prepared & send it along so that we get the points for our first child ????

No need of first child document. May be they give for 5 points for both girl child and first born so didn't ask. By the by have you registered successfully?

Not yet madam, why ??? Is there any snag in the process ??? I have not gone for the online submission yet because I have to get the DD's prepared beforehand so that I can fill into the details.

Yes you can avail the points and submit transfer order and report stating the date of transfer and joining date. But have a check if the schools restrict to Govt. employees only or to pvt. sector too.
