dear Sumit,

so, our understanding is that if the school has nursery, prep & Ist, then the child with age 3+ as on March 31st, 2012 will get admission in nursery and if the school and nursery & Ist class, then the child age should be 4+.

as of now HC has reinstated that the recommendations from ganguly committee. however, they will decide whether from nursery to prep (KG) the admission will be fresh or the child will be automatically promoted. the decision is postponed till Jan 6th, 2012.

have i comprehended clearly. please confirm.

So has the HC also specified the date? As in 3 years as on 31st March, 2012 or can the school decide which date
