another question just came to my mind, suppose i am selecting a schooling society e.g. Bal Bharati, i have both dwarka and ganga ram marg at similar distance. can i apply at both places or have to select just one.
sorry for repetitive troubles with my questions

Both are individual schools and you can apply for both.

Absolutely agree with you Lathaa. Thank you so much Sumit & Sakshi on behalf of all the Parents, with so many doubts and clarification, we would not have known where to go, whom to ask unless you people were there to help us all.

Sumit ji, details of Central delhi schools were available in 20th Dec Ht paper . You can share that also.

What i understand with all this is - 1) That currently child should be 3+ as on 31st Mar 2012 to get admission in Nursery.
2) On 6th Jan the court will decide whether the child studing in Nursery should be promoted to KG/prep or not.
3) If the court decides that the child should be promoted then there is no change in the existing system i.e. on 3+ child will be in Nur, on 4+ child will be in kg and on 5+ child will be in 1st class
4) If the court decides that the child should NOT be promoted from Nur to Kg then the parent's of all the kids who are studing in Nur will have to apply for admission again next yr. In this situation Nur will be equivalent to pre-school (play school) class. As currently all the schools have 2 classes before 1st so schools will be forcefully running a playschool for an yr (in which kids will be admitted at 3+) and then at 4+ they will go to kg class (after going through the entire admission process) which will be considered as formal schooling.I hope if this is the case then the kids could continue in any of the play school at the age of 3 and the parents' should go through the hassle of admission only when the kid is 4+ (as why to go through the process twice)but the only condition is that if they do not give advantage to the kids of their own schools.

I would like to know if i should i start the admission process on 2nd jan 2012? my child dob is 4th november 2008?
Since the hc decision on age is pending untill 6jan pls help me .Thanks

Age is confirmed for nursery and it is 3+ and your child is eligible too. On 6th Jan they will decide the entry level of education whether nursery or Pre-Primary and also will they promote kids in nursery to Prep directly or through fresh admissions. Nothing wrong in getting applications from Jan 2nd since many schools close giving applications before schedule. So be prepared.

Dear Lathaa, as my daughter will be 4+ in april 2012 and i think she is eligible for nursary this year but that is also not sure that she will be promoted to class prep next year (2013) or not otherwise I have to go for a fresh admission but how the parents can pay two times for admissions..... kindly clear this.

I think there is little bit confusion. For what I have find the output related to yesterday result is that there will be no Nursery in school. School can run nursery but it is not said to be regular admission. The regular admission is applicable in pre-primary (Prep) and thats the 4+ admission means. Does M I correct or not. Pls. tell

dear sumit, i would like to congratulate you and your team for doing a tremendous job in helping thousands of parents whlly confused over various issues of the nursery admission procedure because of non friendly delhi govt.
my child will be 3 plus in march . i have understood that i will be appling in various schools for her admission this year . my question to you is that if she does not get admission in a desired school this year and if she continues in the play school she is going to for the next year also , should we apply for nursery next year or pre prep next year , and is the selection criteria different for nursery and pre prep .
kindly clarify
