Is order deferred again till 6th Jan?

No it has not been deferred some TV channels could not comprehend it properly
3yrs old are eligible for nursery for admission process on 2nd Jan onwards but court will decide on6th jan ..whether the 3 yrs will be promoted to kg(prep) by default or have to freshly apply in PREP (4 yrs)

Thanks for info Sumit..... How stupid it will be to run for admissions twice in a row in span of two years if a fresh application would be required for PREP..... I think we messed-up the system....It was better when it was bad now it is going to be worse.

Mr Sumit , My child is 3+ as on March 31st , Does that mean that I will need to start applying from 2nd jan onwards.Or can I wait till 6th Jan & if the court says that fresh application is needed in Prep then I can let my child do the nursery in play school itself & apply next year for her directly in prep, will schols accept that?

Also I am confused that in last verdict they said that there will be 1 yr pre education before 1st then what is the logic of nursery & prep now.

Dear Mr Vohra, Thanks for updating. My kids are March 2009 born, and will be 3 as on March 31, 2012. Should I be applying for them in this session, which is from 2-16 Jan, 2012.
