In it's guidelines DPS Mathura Road has stated the criteria for the first born child but has not asked for the affidavit to certify that, so should we get that prepared & send it along so that we get the points for our first child ????

No need of first child document. May be they give for 5 points for both girl child and first born so didn't ask. By the by have you registered successfully?

Transfer Order and joining report stating date of transfer and date of joining will do.

If I came to Delhi on transfer and joined in April 2011, so can i get points under transferable job?

Yes you can avail the points and submit transfer order and report stating the date of transfer and joining date. But have a check if the schools restrict to Govt. employees only or to pvt. sector too.
