Dear Mr. Vohra,

I don't understand what do you mean by that you can apply but court would decide on 06th Jan whether they can be promoted or need to apply fresh. My daughter is March 2008 born and will be 4 yrs as on March 2012 but we have been told that she will be eligible only for Nursery and not K.G. Pls clarify.

Your case is safe and your daughter is eligible for Kg 4yrs + on 31 mar 2012
you have nothing to panic ...irrespective of HC verdict ..your daughter would be promoted to grade 1 next year

3yrs old are eligible for nursery for admission process on 2nd Jan onwards but court will decide on6th jan ..whether the 3 yrs will be promoted to kg(prep) by default or have to freshly apply in PREP (4 yrs)

i am confuse....my son dob is 4 april 2008 so if on 6 jan 4+ will take then what will happen with my son admission????????????

Yes your son is eligible for admission as he is 3+ on march 31st 2012.
