Nursery Admissions in Delhi NCR 2024-25

Admission Dates | Admission Criteria | Compare schools | Fee Details

Hi,

My daughter is October 2010 born and as per age criterion of most of the schools in Gurgaon, she will not be eligible for Admisison to Nursery in 2014-15 session. I am very keen to start her nursery in 2014-15 session as I do not see any benefit in waiting for a year and I have heard that few schools do have flexible age criteria. Would request the moderator/members to share the Age criterion of schools in Gurgaon specially the ones mentioned here. The excel sheet available doesnt have full information. Some of the schools which are in my mind are:

1. Shivnadar

2. Kunskapsskolan

3. Shikshantar

4. Ridge Valley

5. Gurgaon Valley

6. Suncity

7. Lotus Valley

8. Banyan Tree World School

9. Heritage

10. Shri Ram

Also, if there are any other school anyone knows apart from these which have flexible age criteria, then please let me know.

Thanks sakshi..... We put up in palam Vihar , Gurgaon...... So my intention is not to send him too far.... But could aim for Vasant Kunj schools as they are the nearest to us ..... But i would prefer to send him to a near by Great school.......Can u pls share the form dates for Delhi schools??? Which schools in Gurgaon will he be eligible for the 2014-2015 sesion?? Thank u

Ayushi, Your child is eligible for all schools in V.K and Delhi and forms start after NOV.

For Gurgaon i wud suggest you to wait and watch till July as some Good new Sought after Schools in Gurgaon gave age flexibility (having  criteria 3yrs 6 months) on 31Mar in past.

But old  established schools like Shriram Or DPS in Gurgaon wont give any flexibility.

Yes Amity takes 3yrs (both branches) on 31 mar.

Rest you can call the Desired  schools near your Home and confirm ( As they do not declare in open but want students )

Sakshi, I have heard that K. R.Manglam is a great school...Can you give your feedback on the school and if it is likely to give any age relaxation.

Mediocre Mixed feedback

My daughter is October 2009 born and we also had limited options because of age criteria of 3.5+ in most ggn schools. Lotus valley though it had an age criteria of 3.5 were kind enough to consider my daughter who was 20 days short. The school is now in gr8 demand so don't know if they will be so considerate this time as well.

Thanks Rohit for replying. Can you please let me know how has been your experience with Lotus Valley till now and did you feel that your daughter was lagging behind being the youngest in the class as this is what most people tell me as the consequence of putting your kid early.

G D Goenka also takes 3yrs+ in gurgaon
