Hello everybody,
I want to draw your kind attention towards a trend. Which has been started after 18 dec.(when the guideline has been released)- parents in association with some proprty dealer and land lords are signing the rent agreements and making it registered without shifting in the house, just to create a fake address proof ( till the admission procedure is over).one land lord is making aggrement with 5-10 parents to make money and parents also happy that they are getting the address proof(at the cost of some money).there is no verification system that whether parents are staying or not.also there should be some verification system to overruled this problem.or the. Rent aggrements which are newly executed should be not considered as the address proffplease all parents look in the matter and raise the voicw otherwise.................

We are aware and school will ask for min 6 months old rent deed.

Few Schools verify the residential address through home visits.

I don't think school will accept new rent lease deed after dec , whats your take ?

Schools will never accept a new rent lease since they clearly know the motive behind this. Yes schools will definitely ask for a min 6 month old rent deed. Most of the schools ask for a registered Lease Deed.
