Hi Sakshiji,

I have some queries , Is it necessary to mention the school name in affidevit or not  of  First born girl child.

Birth certificate should be attested by Gazetted officer or not and Medical fitness certificate of baby, Birth certificate and Affidevit should be in original copies or Photocopies.

Plz help me .

Mention of school name on affdavit is not required.

Birth certificate or any other photocopy should be attested unless mentioned otherwise explicitly.

Birth certificate in original is required ONLY during admission and not during forms submission. Medical fitness is required in original even during forms submission.

All affdavits in original during forms submission.

Thanx JASPREEJI for quick reply but one more thing i have to ask you ,Is Affidevit ( for first born girl child)  required in original copy or photocopy for each seperate school and same for the Medical fitness certificate of baby is required photocopy or original copies for each seperate school., in which i have to applied.

@Nisha Affidavits are required in original for each school. Ditto for medical certificates. 

Schools dont accept their xerox, unless of course, they do mention they can.

do we have to submit the forms till 15 jan, if yes, along with the docs or not??

Yes, you would need to submit forms by Jan 15. 

Having said that. do pay close attention to the exact dates  schools publish.
