they are my mother and father.... I have their name in my certificates .... should I enclose my certificates with the address proof in their name???

@Manu if you are the parents, address proof has to be in parents name and not grand parents.

Readiness of Nursery Admissions

School counters or online (not all schools sell online forms)
Documents Required
Age - Child Birth Certificate
(Age Criteria generally is 3yr+ on 1st April 2013 (for 2013-14 session).
(make sure correct name is entered in the Birth Certificate, if not get it done now- should be able to get it done before the start of admission process).
Address - DL, Passport and Election ID are generally accepted..
(School specifies in the form exactly what all will be accepted out of Registered Lease Deed/Electricity Bill/MTNL Telephone Bill etc.)
Transfer Case – Recent transfer letter from organization if recently transferred to Delhi from outside / Proof of employment / office ID Card.
Alumini – School Leaving Certificate / Board Certificate.
Sibling – Fee Slip/ID card/Admission order of sibling.
Specific Docs - And sometimes specific documents required like affidavits, medical certificate of child, vaccination record duly certified by doctor, educational qualification of parents, proof of playschool-preschool attended, certificate of disability (for special needs) etc.
Also, keep family tree handy (Grandfather’s/ name, birth date, educational qualifications, some special achievements, if any).
Useful to keep multiple copy of the documents attested by 1st class Gazette Officer in advance to avoid last minute rush. Sometimes specific attestation (like 1st class magistrate etc.) is also required.
Other handy things
Keep tab of specific schools, their location, distance, time taken to travel etc.
A File, few blank paper/notepad to take notes, pen, pencil, eraser, whitener, pins, stapler with pins, glue.
Each form normally ask for 2-3 photos of child and parents (both father & mother), so keep the passport size photos ready.
Keep original of each document in order in the file.
For online applications
Computer & Net connection obviouslyJ.
Credit Card/Debit Card for payment.
Printer for printing or pdf printer to convert into a pdf file which can be printed elsewhere.
C) Few other points
Keep check of Official/Personal Travel plans out of city from 1st to 30th Jan (1st to 15th for form submission and 15th to 30th for documents verification, draw of lots etc.)
Keep copy of all submission receipts /form No. (if possible try retain a photocopy of filled-up form just before submission).
Be ready to visit schools (normally 1st half of the day is when schools sell/accept forms).
Refer to excel file on AN.com (to refer to the excel file containing the list of schools to refer to last year’s details).
Plan for the day and start early.

the original / photocopies are required to be submitted with form or those are required during verification

@Madhuri,This year more schools are expected to give online forms but some of the prominent schools are
Dps(V.V/EOK)/ Vasant Valley/Shriram/Tagore/Mothers and many more pls see following

Dps vasant kunj you need to download the form and submit.
Documents have be submitted after you are short listed in case of online forms but some schools like vasant valley check document of all the parents and start after 7-8 jan.

1. Apeejay, Manav bharti, Heritage, Cambridge, Laxman, manav bharti, banyan tree are few schools which have online forms available on website.... Forms can be downloaded and then filleup in pen and needs to be submitted to schools in original with copies of certificates.
2. DPS-VV & Amity are schools which have online form filling and payment portal also. Which means form can be filled and submited also online.
3. Normally photocopies are required to be submitted alongwith the form, while school call for verification of original certificates later on.
but every school has its own way, so carefully follow instructions in each form. All the Best.

@Amit,Yes have to be in original only. Pls see the link below for all affidavit formats and yes most of the schools will accept single affidavit also(unless they are strict about it)
