Original copy has to be submitted and a joined affidavit is not required. May be some schools may accept photocopy but affidavit means it's a original document and you have to make it. Let us see if anything new is going to come regarding affidavit in DOe guidelines which is expected.

Children born between 1st April, 2008 and 31st March, 2009 are eligible for Pre-Primary/KG admission.

whats the feedback of this school, is it good school ?
i have heard some bad about this school regarding education.
and this is nearest to my house - 1.5 KM only

The best way to know it is to walk down some day around the time kids are leaving and talk to some parents.

That's the best and most authentic feedback you will get. I myself tried it last year to pretty good effect.

yes. I agree with Jaspreet.. if it is nearer to ur home, u should do that.

secondly, in case of indian school, in the form they ask if ur job is transferable, make sure u fill a yes. And get a letter from ur office in support for it.... (it is a classic case of tweaking of transfer case norms - instead of counting points for "recent transfer case", they count point for "if the job is transferable", now-a-days everybody's job is transferable if they are not in business) and many parents don't know this...... so, if u live near the school, have a first child and ur job is transferable.... ur name is likely to come in first list, so atleast try to secure the seat.
