Hi everyone, Received following email from the school.

Dear Parent

 

The Verification of documents for the Nursery Admission (2019-20) is open for applicants who have scored 70 points. 

Kindly visit the school between (8 am-12 pm) on 11th Jan 2019.

 

Please carry all of the following proofs in originals

  1. Applicant -Date of Birth Certificate
  2. Parent's -Id Proof- Adhaar Card/Election Card/ Passport
  3. Address Proof- Adhaar Card/ Election Card/ Electricity Bill/ MTNL Bill/ Passport

Guys plz help me out..We r going out of town on 25th we had no idea about interaction calls from school n all is it ok to go ?we r returning by 4th feb we thought process wil start by 4th til thn nothing to do..now these interaction calls n varification ..wil it b for all schools or jus few of thm

1 As most of schools would be posting points on 28 Jan and Max schools would calling shortlisted  parents between 28th and 4th Feb( Date of 1st List). You or your need to be here in  Delhi. Rest final call is yours as school only accept parents presence with original documents.

2 No notification on  school website, this mail must have been sent to 70 pointers.

No need to panic as  last year school had vacancies even after 31 Mar.( Cannot predict same about this year)

this year few school is calling for docs verification.like i have received mail from 2 school. after docs verification our ward will short list for draw system . so before 4th feb . school is calling parents .

I didn't receive any mail and also i checked school website, there is not any information provided regarding verification of documents. Do any other guys have the same problem here ?
