Parents who have applied are requested to share inputs 

Rest chk your email if schools has sent any details

Else contact school tomorow  for registration no as without that nothing can be done .

Check your email you must have got an email with registration details... If not then you are not registered... It's complete online filling... No hard copy submission required...

Thanks Deepa. I have checked my mail. Received a acknowledgement mail from school. However, there is no registration no. provided. Not sure how to proceed now as currently I am not sure if my form has been submitted or I need to fill it again. Also, re-filling the form will reject the first application if accepted.

Please guide.

Some 2-3 emails you must have got... Was your payment successful?  If yes order no is registration number...
