minority schools from begining were not under any doe rules for admissions . they were under own criteria. even on 27th feb order also did not made any effect to them

but st george and donbosco follow the doe rules

even QMS too.

Minority can follow the doe but not forced to follow and make their own guideline.they have their choice whether follow or not to follow its own decision.
