hi gauri,
Looks like you have got thru both schools APJ and Father Agnel,
My Daughter also got thru Ftr Agnel and we are awaiting APJ Results.
I also have same confusion between these two schools , Can u share ur views

hi gauri & sumeet...as you know both of these schools are good...but i think Apeejay has an edge...
..it can further depend on which area of noida you live ..or if you live in indirapuram..as appejay is far from sec62 &indirapuram...(these areas very near to Fr.Agnel) .rest is all your personal choice..

i don't know about that mam..as its really difficult to admit kid in higher classes other than nursery in good schools,....except in 11th stds. if the kid secures excellent marks in 10th cbse...
..but why are you bothering?...its also strange that you cancelled DPS seat (was it DPS noida?...
..also you have option of Fr. Agnel in your hand which is a relatively good school..
..you also have faced interaction at DPS indirapuram which is also very good school at par with the best ones in Noida..
..so pls just focus on one school of your choice keping in mind your kid..and take a rational decision...i'm sure by doing that you will feel relieved and will not repent in future..

i think you know all the parameters discussed earlier in this forum on both of these good schools....in my view Apeejay will be a better choice for you...

Fee structure for Apeejay 2011-2012 session:
Caution (Refundable) - 12000
Admission + Orientation - 21000
Annual Charges - 3850
Development Charges - 6500
Tuition Fee (4225 per month) - 12675 (For one quarter)
Total amount = 56025/=

2 months bus fees also needs to be deposited (Rs 900 per month for Noida)

DD for 56025 + 2 months Bus fees (if opted for) to be made in favour of "APEEJAY SCHOOL" payable at Noida / New Delhi.

Documents to carry at time of admission:

- Original Birth Certificate
- Prof of residence
- Immunization Certificate
- Blood Group & Rh factor
- ITR Xerox for last year

Does anyone know if there is any pattern in which Apeejay is calling the candidates? based on interaction dates or based on registration number?

Hi..Vineet this side..i have already secured admission for my daughter in Somerville School, Noida last week. Today i recd call from Apeejay Noida for deposition of fees by October 8, 2010.

Please guide
1) as to which is a better school
2) and what is the refund amount i will get from somerville school

hearty congrats!..
it's really a tough choice to make..both of these are very good, well known reputed schools of Noida...
definitely Somerville has an excellent track records in academic performance...but they are also faring good in cocurriculars too....fees are very economical...school has no show off...just the little discipline issue of convent culture...but that's ok..
Apeejay has a rich tradition of excellence in academics as well as extracurriculars...good infrastructure...innovative teaching and ready to adapt to changes...
(if we see toppers in Noida come from both these schools frequently:)
So think on all parameters...talk to parents of these schools...see the overall enviornment...as an addition on your decision making..
