Dear nupur ji, Cambridge School Indirapuram has already opened nursery registration 2012-13, from 10th Sept 2011 and will be continued till 16th Sept2011. Last date of form submission will be 19th Sept2011.
Age criteria is 3 yrs + as on 31 March2012.
This school is an established one providing good value education like its peer of noida & shrinivaspuri.
But the school infrastructure is not so big enough with less sports arena.
I'm not aware of eaxct fee details, pls contact the school..but as some parents said is not so high.
Yea lathaaji he's answered every query of noida and ghaziabad area..thats why no query remains unanswered here

The list is at the front page of the forum or you can see in this thread only in one of my reply..
i'm against ranking of schools, sir...but the schools you have mentioned like DPS I, DPSG V, Cambridge & St. Francis are all established schools of Indirapuram. You can also try for St. Thomas as admissions are going on there now. DPS I& DPSG V are over. IPS is ok school..GD Goenka has opened just last year so can not say anything about it..
In Noida you could have tried for Fr. Agnel but online admission date is over now..other Noida schools mostly prefer Noida residents only..
Mayoor school at Noida-Gr. Noida Expressway is still open for admissions and buses ply in Indirapuram..u can try there if you wish..

pls note that the Interaction Process of DPS Noida & Indirapuram is similar at Parental Interaction (Introduce about yourself) phase. Only difference is at Child's interaction-where DPS Noida gives lot of stress in various tasks and activities while in DPS Indirapuram children are oberseved how they play and do things presence of others).

DPS Noida Interaction Process: as followed for last 3 years:
The focus is to access Logical and Attitudinal Ability of children alongwith seeing their confidence...and ability to do things on their own without any help---really an interesting and exhaustive process.
Parents’ Clarity of Thought and Statement of Purpose was tested when they are called "Pls Introduce Yourself" alongwith their ability to talk confidently in such tense scenario in front of an equally talented group of 15-20 other parents.
As one parent said “i got a feeling that the school gives more importance to the child's abilities than any other thing, because they almost spent 15 to 20mins with our child”.
Both the parents are required to accompany the child."
As they would have asked for the documents, they could check the birth certificates and the address proof.
Around 25-30 parents were called in the same time group. Each parent was given a form to be filled in. Alongwith personal details some questions were asked in the form like-# What are the Landmarks/Milestones during your child’s development in life up till now? (you can answer it by giving chronological wise details of interesting happenings in your child’s development like-when she first started to crawl, to talk, utter her first word, started identifying objects, going to play school, started learning her first ABC etc.) #How do you create bond among family your members? (you can list out the efforts of making your nucleus family happy by giving quality time to each member, by dining together, by playing with your kids, by visiting your parents if they stay out, by giving each and every moment of your quality time once you are at home from your work, coz’ you can stress that with love, trust and understanding you play a key role in gluing:) your family together)
In the meantime while parents were filling the form children in a group were taken to a separate room for observation. Some parents were also later called in that room to see their kids performing the various tasks as listed below
Child’s Interaction:
A lengthy and thorough interaction of the child stressing upon the child's ability to grasp things & putting them in an orderly manner in a friendly environment in presence of a parent
A group of 10-15 children were taken in a room. They were given various tasks/activities to perform. Teachers with notepads in their hands (perhaps giving points) Observing each and every child separately that how she/he is Behaving while doing his/her allotted task.
Tasks: "Colouring, a given drawing or identifying colours, Telling a Story, Reciting a Rhyme, Asking Baby or Mother names of Animals, Gross motor skill testing like Making the child to Jump in & out of a Circular Ring, Balancing on a Bar, Solving Jigsaw Puzzles like that of Tortoise, Butterfly etc., Connecting Dots, Matching Shadows, Inserting Colorful Beads in a String in a Particular Order, Confusing the child by giving vague answers (in a good sense though) just to check how he/she Reacts to some Situations" etc.
During these tasks One Parent is called in to watch and make the child comfortable but was requested not to help him/her
Our Take: One of the very good testing methods where child in presence of one of his/her parent approaches to various tasks/toys/games in a natural and playful way. It is not required to perform the task correctly or otherwise but the approach is observed i.e. if the child is Confident enough, if he/she is taking the task in an Easy manner, if he/she is focused enough, if he/she is familiar with such Fine & Gross Motor Skill tasks, if he/she is sharing/collaborating with other children and not disturbing them, Can the child perform Logical decision on his/her own, how Emotionally Mature enough the child is to handle such real scenarios in a formal Nursery class.
"Pls practice your little kid in fine motor skills-Good, neat Colouring with skill to identify the standard colours of things viz; sky is blue, water is blue, grass is green, tree bark is brown, mud is brown, sun is yellow, moon is red, etc---as they can tell kid to colour a drawing of any flower, natural scenery et el.(for example my kid was shown a drawing of natural scenery and asked to fill the colours of leaves, mud, mountain, cloud, water etc.).
Practice the kid with puzzles (patterns, jigsaw etc.), Inserting beads in the strings/sorting of beads in different pattern, blocks assembly in an orderly arrangement, shapes identification, balancing, and any other such types of analytical games ---as DPS strongly checks the aptitude of the child in such parameters than the usual cramming.
Make him learn just a simple good small moral story & rhyme/poem with clear pronunciation. "
(You can teach beading at home or find some good puzzles, beads, blocks at shop Odyssy in Great India Place...or just go to Atta Market in Sec-18 and you will find a cool good shop near the Metro station pillar)
2. Parents’ Interaction:
After child’s interaction a group of around 15 children alongwith their respective parents was made and told to assemble in a conference room in sequence of their serial numbers. Later the Principal & Head Mistress came into the room and introduced themselves to the parents and wish them all the best. The principal asked that each parent will be given a turn to tell about themselves (separately by both the spouses):-Introduction in brief about their educational qualifications and work profile. No other questions were asked.
Our take:- For parents' interaction pls prepare a short, concise & crisp statement of your educational qualifications, work experience, any unique expertise you do have, your kid's strong positive traits--as they can make you sit in a group of 15-20 parents in a circular table with the Principal & the Head Mistress listening and marking your answers if they ask ---"Pls Introduce Yourself means-Pls Tell Something About Yourselves & Your Kid"--Pls don't be too verbose and just stick to the basics--one can also talk some silent good feature about the school that’s why he/she is thinking that his/her kid is fit for this school and stressing that this is the right choice.
(Its not a GD..But a group of parents will be asked one by one. Remember both of you give the introduction. I had personally seen and experienced the successful introduction. Preferred time is 1 min for your spouse and 1 min for yourself. Personally I have seen many parents feeling shy to speak in front of others, many are incoherent, many are not leaving enough time for their spouse at a result the Principal interrupting them and telling the spouse to speak--pls note that this all goes negative to your chance.(Hey:) its the time of your kid's one of the best schooling chance so put your best foot forward. Be confident and speak fluently in those limited seconds you have at your disposal)

For Help of Parents getting ready for Apeejay Interaction Process:
Hi Parents, sharing experience of parents for last 2 years who had undergone interaction process at Apeejay Noida (thanks a lot to them for sharing this in this Forum for benefit of all others).
There were 2 rounds of Interactions followed in last 2 years. Parents alongwith their kids were called for in both Interactions.
1st Interaction: Slightly Informal in Nature.
Around 3000 parents went through 1st Round.
# A group of we parents alongwith the kids were kept waiting in a perticular room.
# Then we alongwith the kid were called in a separate room.
# Parents had interaction with a teacher..while other two teachers interacted with our kid at a corner in the same room..
# We were asked simple questions regarding our Qualifications, Work Experience, Nature of the child, Why Apeejay?...
# We could not see back at the interaction of our kid..but later he told that he recited a Rhyme, Identified some Shapes & Colours..really a cool interaction.
Result of 1st Interaction:-Shortlist for 2nd Interaction: Displayed at school around 4-5 days after 1st Interaction: A group of around 8 candidates were given the same time slot and next group after 15 minutes
(approximate interaction time per candidate was around 2-3 minutes)
Total approx 800 students shortlisted for the 2nd Round
2nd Interaction-With Principal (mostly)/Head Mistress/Any Sr. Faculty/Any Board Member: Slightly Formal & Structured.
Parents were asked:-
# About Educational qualifications & Work experience.
# Why did you choose Apeejay?
# What habit or trait have you (Mother) inculcated in your child so far?
# What qualities you would like to grow in your child further? (Ans by one selected Mother- “as I had been a good student of Maths so it would help me in making my child self disciplined, accurate, neat, clean, help him in taking quick and justified decisions, enhance his logical and analytical skills’)
# How much quality time you spend with your kid?
# Who looks after the child when both of you are at work?
# If you (Father)agree that "its easy to transfer blame in the current scenario?
Child was Asked:-
#"One teacher in the same room interacting with the child--asked about Colours , Shapes , to recite a Rhyme/Poem, Name of the animals by showing their pictures.
Result of 2nd Interaction:-Final Admission List:
Each selected parent to be called on Phone within 10 days of 2nd Interaction..
As per parents around 300 plus were selected for Final Admissions.
Documents required at Admission:-
Deposit fees through Demand Draft (Amt. Rs.56,500/-), ITR of Parents for last year, Original Birth Certificate, Cooies of Parents’ Educational Certificates, Immunization card of Child, Blood group details of the Child.

Anyways just to clear last year also Apeejay called kids for 2nd interaction.
