Has anyone been able to successfully do online registration for Apeeja Pitam Pura?

I have been trying since yesterday and after doing the final submit, it does the "Loading" thing for a few seconds and then stops. It does not generate the .DOC file as mentioned in the instructions.

Please let me know if someone has successfully completed this process.
