Has anyone filled the form online yet after getting the registration from schoom?

Actually i am having problem in filling the form. After filling and clicking the submit button (twice) it is just processing and not submitting the form. Because of which i am not able to get the Doc file which need to be submitted at school....

Any help !!!!
