Applying Multiple Branches???

Can someone tell whether the same condition as applied in Springdales that we can not fill forms in multiple branches holds good for other schools like Bal Bharati Public School (Pitampura, Rohin, Pusa Road), DAV (Shalimar Bagh, Pitampura), Maxfort(Rohin, Pitampura), GD Goenka and Sachdeva School(Rohin, Pitampura)?
