Dear Sir,
My daughter Registration number is 111106 with DPS Rohini.
There are points for Girl Child but no points given by DPS school and also result not declared for all the seats. We can not do anything because Government is with school not with people.

checked the point again recently their is updation for girl child now.
all u facing the same problem in the morning can check the point again now.

i got the girl child points my points are in order
u can email dps rohini abt it
any query regarding change in points please write at mail@dpsrohini.com with Registration number and name of the child

Firstly they had their very own seat allocation - If they are reserving 35 seats for sibling, then why are points also allocated for the same category.
And of course, as what everyone is asking, where are the remaining 39 seats, and why is there no info provided for that.

what kind of policy is this? 35 reserved seats for sibling + highest pts (25) for sibling. how can school / government gives both the facility to one kind of parents.
parents having single child or first child have no rights to get admitted their child to good school.

- DPS mathura road must disclose the parameter for shortlist.
- no school should closed 1st list admission before 1.2.2011.
- Modern schools should declare the admission criteria.

No Error in my case, however, the result has been disappointing as expected. No room for General Cat without Alumini and/or Sibling case. As if this wasn't enough they did it again with monopolistically releasing reduced seats for General Cat (39!!).
DISAPPOINTING!!

school has shortlisted only 39 applicants but there are 70 seats mentioned in general and Sibling quota what about rest of 31 seats.

may be DPS Rohini is displaying list in phase manner for shortlisted candidates for document verification...one thing is clear all these DPS schools this time are going away from their tradition of fairness and skewing results towards siblings & alumni...hope the sense prevails on them and they can keep a healthy combination of first timer general candidates too....(in longer time schools results are sure to get affected by such criteria )

My daughter was given no points for my only girl child category and more so they had mentioned that results will be out on 1st of Feb then how come school is so proactive and declared it much before time with the list of only 39 students out of 70. And worst part is that nothing about the results was mentioned on their website: www.dpsrohini.com.
If i am wrong can any one let me know how can one see the results on their official website.
I hope schools themselves become transparent and adopt fair approach in selecting kids about which they teach to their student.
