 Yes you can apply in DG group as no income limit for sc or st and you can also apply in gen  cat

So does this mean that a person belonging to DG group can apply simultaneously in both DG and general Category. Also, if one is lucky enough to get notified under both the groups, he can exercise his discretion to choose one of the two ( obviously, he get the fee waiver under the DG group).

I have one more query ..
My SC Certificate is issued from the state of Assam.
But while doing online registration I am getting the option that the certificate has to be issued from Delhi.
What should i Do? Please help.

You should contact the office of Sub-Divisional Magistrate in whose jurisdiction you reside and get a new certificate from Delhi Govt.

alternatively you can apply for SC certificate on http://edistrict.delhigovt.nic.in/ and complete the registration and documents upload, after which you will get an application no. with which you can apply on edudel.nic.in. ie. If u dont have SC certificate from Delhi as on date then also you may apply under DG category by just providing your application no.
