Also request someone to pls suggest how to upload the photo of the child on the form of bvn...it is asking for specific format...im just not understanding...pls help...thnx

Go to http://www.garyshood.com/imageconvert/ and upload pic and give new dimensions in width and height as 350 with JPEG format. Then when u send file u will get new pic on page with new dimensions. Just save pic and then upload on BVN form. It will work.
