Thank you Sakshi. If you can also guide me what can we expect at the time of parents/principal interaction or what should we take care about ,we have been invited through a phone call to visit the school.

Just Document verification with all original documents copy and Copy of original B.C would be kept by school till  your ward is in school.

Expect a basic general interaction with the parents and the kid as well. No need for documents at this stage... They will give you the list of docs to be submitted later on...

Fees is around 40k...

One of the best school in terms of infrastructure ... Not at all money minded... However, choose based on the other options that you have...

Children were never screened till last year in BVN and in most of schools for Nursery.

Children are supposed to enter the school premises after confirm admission ( Except Minority school as few are misusing their Autonomy)

@ Vineeta have they asked you to bring your child along then pls confirm for Nursery Admissions.

That's shocking as this is screening against the spirit of  RTE and Defeats Ganguly committee recommendations on nursery admissions.

@Vineeta:  Given the reputation BVN hold...Its shocking to see they want to interact with child. But anyway...Do your homework regarding school principles/motto/vision...Expect a little bit chat about your professions(Formality) ...And remember you got nothing to loose...!!

PS: You might want to carry a cheque book with you..!!

Also...Please confirm when you say "invited" have they specifically made mandatory to bring the child or is it just the misinterpretation of words ?

@Mr .Talwar, According to d lady dat cl up,she asked to get along the child,but anyway I will reconfirm again tomorrow before visiting the school and ll update accordingly. Thanks a lot for all ur suggestions.
@Sakshi Do they charge extra if they offer u in a management quota?

They don't charge anything for the management quota seat .... As far as my knowledge goes of the issue...
