birth certificate

Hello sakshi mam,my daughter birth certificate is handwritten issued by haldwani(uttarakhand).the work done manual till date.could i apply in ndmc for printed birth certificate

Lot of time is there..only issuing authority can do it,

It does not matter whether handwritten or printed. Now you should check if child's name is included in the certificate. You cannot seek NDMC. You can make any changes only where your original certificate was issued i.e. with the concerned municipality where the child was born.

Then no problem but check out if you have extra copies of certificates with you.
