Are schools considering handwritten(non-computerized) birth certificate?

It's valid if issued from a MCD office nearer to the location of birth of the child with proper registration no. and stamping.

It's issued by the authorized officer with proper registration no. and stamping from Deoria, Uttar Pradesh. 

Is this valid in Delhi school admission?
