Birth certificate required for Admission to DPS sector 45 Gurgaon

Hi,
Do the DPS sector 45 Gurgaon and Sushant Lok require birth certificate with the child's name on it or do they except one without the name also. Cos I have a general one.

According to DPS SL the name should be entered correctly in the form which cannot be corrected later. General BC can be valid unless if any school specify that birth certificate with child's name should be included in it's instructions.

Better Cosscheck with  SEc 45 School and if they Insist you have get it done from the same issuing authority.
