Bluebells School Kailash Colony (No registration on Saturday & Sunday)........what does it mean ?

Hi

Just saw the admission guidelines of Bluebells School International of Kailash Colony. Its written that Registration open for pre school for the session 2015-16 from Dec 24 2014 till 08 Jan 2014 (except Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays).

I want to know if this means ?

Can I fill up the form on a Saturday or Sunday or not ?
