प्री स्कूल का कन्फ्यूजन खत्म

सेशन 2010-11 में प्री स्कूल (नर्सरी) और प्री प्राइमरी (केजी) क्लासेज में एडमिशन के प्रोसेस में कोई बदलाव नहीं होगा
और न ही दोनों क्लासेज के लिए फिलहाल अलग-अलग एडमिशन प्रोसेस कंडक्ट किए जाएंगे। मिली जानकारी के मुताबिक, पिछले साल नर्सरी क्लास में जिनका एडमिशन हुआ था, वे बच्चे अगली क्लास में प्रमोट हो जाएंगे और इस स्कीम में फिलहाल बदलाव नहीं होगा।

शिक्षा मंत्री अरविंदर सिंह लवली का कहना है कि पिछले सालों से जो सिस्टम चला आ रहा है, अभी वही जारी रहेगा और नर्सरी से केजी क्लास में बच्चे प्रमोट होंगे। हालांकि उन्होंने कहा कि आने वाले समय में प्री स्कूल क्लासेज को अलग किया जाएगा लेकिन यह तभी होगा जब दिल्ली में प्ले स्कूलों की संख्या ज्यादा होगी। अभी प्ले स्कूलों की संख्या इतनी नहीं है कि वहां हजारों बच्चों को एडमिशन मिल सके। प्री प्राइमरी एजुकेशन एक साल की ही है।

शिक्षा मंत्री का कहना है कि दाखिले की उम्र के मामले में दिल्ली सरकार के स्टैंड में कोई बदलाव नहीं है। उन्होंने कहा कि स्कूलों के लिए जमीन के मसले पर केंद्र सरकार को भी लिखा गया है।

दरअसल प्री स्कूल और प्री प्राइमरी क्लासेज के लिए एडमिशन प्रोसेस को लेकर कन्फ्यूजन दिल्ली सरकार के उस हलफनामे से पैदा हुई, जिसमें कहा गया था कि प्री स्कूल क्लासेज मेन स्कूल का हिस्सा नहीं है। सरकार के इस हलफनामे से यह जाहिर होता है कि पैरंट्स को पहले प्री स्कूल और अगले साल प्री प्राइमरी के लिए एडमिशन करना होगा और बच्चा नर्सरी से केजी में प्रमोट नहीं होगा। इस मसले पर स्कूल भी असमंजस में हैं। इस मसले पर जब शिक्षा निदेशक पी. कृष्णमूर्ति से भी पूछा गया तो उन्होंने कहा कि अभी मौजूदा सिस्टम में बदलाव की कोई बात नहीं है।

उधर स्कूलों का कहना है कि सरकार का हलफनामा समझ से परे हैं क्योंकि अधिकतर स्कूलों में प्री स्कूल क्लासेज मेन स्कूल का ही हिस्सा हैं और बच्चा नर्सरी क्लास से अपने आप केजी में प्रमोट हो जाता है। बाल भारती पब्लिक स्कूल के प्रिंसिपल एल. वी. सहगल का कहना है कि जिन स्कूलों में प्री स्कूल क्लासेज सालों से चल रही हैं, वे कैसे अलग की जा सकती हैं? इसके अलावा पैरंट्स दो-दो बार एडमिशन प्रोसेस को क्यों फेस करेंगे? सहगल के मुताबिक अगर सरकार को अलग-अलग एडमिशन प्रोसेस का नियम बनाना है तो उसे पुराने स्कूलों पर लागू नहीं किया जा सकता। स्कूलों में बेहतर इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर है और छोटे बच्चों पर खास ध्यान देना पड़ता है। इसलिए यह नहीं कहा जा सकता कि प्री स्कूल, मेन स्कूल का हिस्सा नहीं है। स्कूलों का कहना है कि नर्सरी में दाखिले के लिए इतनी मारामारी होती है क्योंकि पैरंट्स को पता होता है कि एक बार नर्सरी में एडमिशन हो गया तो बच्चा 12वीं तक अपनी स्कूली शिक्षा उस स्कूल में पूरी कर सकता है। लेकिन अगर प्री प्राइमरी के लिए अलग से एडमिशन प्रोसेस होगा तो पैरंट्स नर्सरी में क्यों मेहनत करेंगे? बहरहाल शिक्षा मंत्री के बयान से अब यह साफ हो गया है कि पैरंट्स को प्री स्कूल और प्री प्राइमरी के लिए अलग- अलग एडमिशन प्रोसेस से नहीं गुजरना पड़ेगा।
पैरंट्स हैं खफा
प्री स्कूल और प्री प्राइमरी के लिए अलग - अलग एडमिशन प्रोसेस होने की संभावना पर पैरंट्स ने जमकर गुस्सा निकाला है। पैरंट्स ने धमकी दी है कि अगर उन्हें परेशान किया गया तो वे सड़कों पर उतरेंगे। पैरंट्स का कहना है कि पहले नर्सरी एडमिशन के लिए धक्के खाओ और उसके बाद अगले साल फिर परेशान हों। जफर अब्बास कहते हैं कि सरकार हमें और परेशान न करें। पहले ही सरकार स्कूलों की मनमानी पर मौन साधे हुए है। एडमिशन नर्सरी डॉट कॉम के फाउंडर सुमित वोहरा का कहना है कि वेबसाइट पर पैरंट्स सुबह से ही अपना गुस्सा जाहिर कर रहे हैं। वोहरा ने बताया कि कुछ पैरंट्स का तो यहां तक कहना है कि वे नर्सरी एडमिशन के लिए डोनेशन दे चुके हैं तो क्या उन्हें अगले साल फिर से डोनेशन देनी ह ोगी?

I can't find words to thank you enough!

One thing more, What about the other schools in Delhi that are openly violating the guidelines. ASTER PUBLIC SCHOOL did not put anything in the public domain, it won't publish any selection lists, it is going to call parents for interviews from the 22nd of this month onwards, and I am 100 percent sure that this school will be taking huge donations from parents before the 1st of February because most prestigious schools in Delhi are coming out with the first list on the first of February.

Yes, some schools have been pinpointed and parents living in those areas are lucky, but what about the hundreds of other schools that don't give a damn to govt. directives? Isn't it necessary to make the names of all schools known that are indulging in criminal acts? Why should we become happy with only a few schools being taken to task?
