Calculating Distance?

Need Help! We live on rent. Most schools however do not accept rent agreement as address proof. Most of my documents have my permanent address (Jalandhar) and my electricity bill and other bills are on the name of my landlord. 

Bank statements and Mobile statements are not accepted. I am not sure what to present as address proof.
