Can admission dates be extended for 4+ age students to submit forms?

If rules are not followed correctly and due to which upper age still persists in all most all schools, then why not govt extend date for submission for upper age children, because today is the last day for form submission and no guidelines have still been given to school till date regarding upper age removal.

Vry true....some schools hv just ignored upper age guidelines...may b setting examples for others schools..dat.....no one can stop them from doing things what they want...even their own rules...other schools may follow them in future if no action would b taken
