Can I apply in for EWS after selecting to the general category?

I'm come in the EWS category. Can I apply my child to the EWS categay after filling the form in General So that if the child in the EWS does not have a name, then the child can be countinue for general.
Can I apply in EWS after coming to the general category?

You  can apply in both Genera and EWS.

Fees can be refundable or not.
