CHILD NAME NOT PRINTED ON BIRTH CERTIFICATE

Maam I have my sons birth certificate from MCD but his name is not printed on that but has mine and wife name.But LANCERS CONVENT,PRASHANT VIHAR,DELHI -110085 mentioned on his ADMISSION FORM that child name should be printed on birth certificate.Please guide that how can I get the new birth certificate from MCD or file complaint for that.

Lancer convent is accepting birth certificates without name at the time of registration. But u need to get ur son name printed on birth certificate for admission purposes. And for this you have to submit an affidivit on 10rs stamp paper that you want to get your name printed on it. Then submit the same in MCD office with copy of birth certificate you have and one id proof of parents and they will take 15days for the same.

Please let me know that is there is any need to submit original birth certificate to get the name print or attested xerox copy is also sufficient.
