Hey Sakshi, thanks for the post. Same case with me .. my kid was shortlisted and called in for interview. But i got turned away due to their internal goof up. Is there any way (you think) I can take up my case now? Specially, after this favorable verdict?

Rahul ji Congrats! Great news! Great efforts you have taken for your success in getting admission in a new way. You have shown a different way to parent community. I too got great information from this link http://wcddel.in/cd.html regarding Child Welfare which is functioning in each district. Again any school will think twice before action. My best wishes to Ruhani a luckiest child for future success.

Rahul  Ji,

 

Do we require a lawyer for this and all proofs. As I have recieved calls from schools on telephones, so there is no written record for this. so, will dcpcr accept this without  proofs?
