how can I get an audience with our CM to protest against interstate points fraud and would be great if people join me....

IN MY OPINION, THERE SHOULD BE A QUOTA OF MAX 5 PERCENT IN A SCHOOL FOR TRANSFER CASES. MOREEVER, IS THIS REQUIRED..................

It is must. Go ahead. We are with your. Transfer points either to be totally scrapped or should be counted for Central & State Government Employees because it is next to impossible for producing the fake transfer certificates like private companies employees. It must go before 28 Feb 2014.
