Sunil you have to download the application form or even get printed application of the same format and fill up and submit with relevant documents to the respective schools.

Who can apply for 25% of free seats?

Free seats of 25% are filled through lot system. Free seats are divided into two category.

a) EWS quota

Child whose parents have total annual income of less than 1 lakh from all sources and staying in Delhi for last 3 years which comes under EWS category.

b) Disadvantage Group
Child belonging to SC, ST, OBC (non-creamy layer - whose gross annual income not more than 4.5 lakhs), child with special needs and suffering from disability.

Parents of EWS quota can now submit the applications forms direcly to Deputy Director's DOe Office
as per the circular of DOe

Admission will be done by draw of lots in presence of parents of the applicants and of a nominee of Education Department not blow the rank of VIce Principal.

Schools shall request the concerned District Dy. Director (Education) for the name of nominee of the deparatment. the concerned District Dy. Director (Education) shall nominate an officer not below the rank of VIce Principal, who will work as an observer during the process of admission. the entire proceedings will be videographed and CD/DVD shall be submitted to Dy. Director (Education) along with the list of sucessful on the same day or latest by the next day of draw.

The schools shall acknowlegde the application for admission against free seats through a receipt and shall assign each application a registration no. the registration slip shall indicate the date(s) of display of the list of the eligible candidates for draw, date(s) of draw,date(s) of display of successful candidates, Date(s) of display of waiting list, date
(s) of deposition of fees and last date of admission.

In case if the application of the candidates not in order and rejected the reason will be recorded and the reason would be communicated to the parents.

The details of the selected candidates along with the waiting list will be displayed in the notice board of the school.

The Schools shall upload the list of admitted child in the official website of the department and an unique id will be generated for every admitted child which shall remain the dame during the stay of child in school.

For EWS

Order dated 25.1.2012 from DOE
Schools can ask Income certificate and any other documents for verification purpose only and No schools can ask for submission of Original Income certificate and documents mentioned in the Common admission form at the time of admission.
