These open ended policies are just too much open to interpretation. What about distance from schools, siblings? What is the start/end age? How will these be accounted for.

what would be the final guidelines? am confused as i have recentely shifted to delhi...i hv heard about this forum through a dear friend..seems it will be very helpful to me.

It couldnt get any vague than this. Who will ensure that draws are random? Policy seems to random, cryptic and not upto expectations surrounding it.

The criteria fixed by the school must get compulsory approval from Ministry of HRD so as to eliminate the school monopoly
