Confluence, parent orientation at GIIS Noida

Confluence

Global Indian International School Noida started its first session from 12th April 2012. To mark the beginning of the academic year, the school presented Confluence, an orientation programme for parents on 7th April 2012. It was the amalgamation of thoughts, vision and values that GIIS worldwide stands for. The importance of parent as an equal partner in shaping the child s future along with the teacher was the message from the principal.

The children were accompanied by their parents and grandparents. The entire family was a part of the orientation programme. The mood was set by the philosophy of thoughts and values of the organisation through recitals from verses of Khalil Gibran beautifully enacted through a Ballet by the teaching staff. The orientation ended with musical performance by Sufi band. Parents were spell-bound and went home satisfied. They are happy to have placed the future of the children in the hands of able teachers who are striving to inculcate Indian values and global outlook.

GIIS Team,

It appears to be an appreciable initiative that provides a platform for parents to know about the Institute in which they have reposed the faith and get an opportunity to know about the Institute, its Vision and different aspects including most important element and that is quality of teachers.

I wish you luck for future endeavors and believe that the School will live up to the standards and expectations of parents.
