Consequences of delayed ews/dg admission process
As we all know ews/dg online admission process will be from 22 jan.-21feb. And lottery based first list of result will be out on 7 feb. In the meanwhile, first and second list of general seats will be out on 15 and 28 feb. even before first list of ews/dg. My queries are:
1) Can one delay general seat's admission if waiting for ews/dg result?
2) If yes, how long?
3) If one delays the admission in case mentioned above, do schools have the right to give admissions to waiting list's applicants on that seat?
4) If yes, then what should one do who is waiting for that intentionally delayed ews/dg result?

1 No, You need to block seat in Gen Cat ( in the prescribed school schedule)
2 You can get fee refund within one month as per DOE fee refund policy from the date of deposit of fees ( where you have deposited for Gen Cat fees) and you can choose school you have been allocated via EWS/DG lottery.
