I guess we all agree that these guidelines are completely unfair for us Delhiwalla's and after going thru 1000's of comments in last one month on this I feel that Legal recourse is the only one left.
I do not have complete knowledge on constitution of India but as citizen of this country which claims to be the biggest democracy in the world. I feel that we must be having some provision to challenge these unfair guidelines as these guidelines are definetely unfair for honest citizens of Delhi who pay their taxes and still get treatment like as if we are some foreigners in our own city
Seems like no one has the guts to challenge what Lt Governer Najeeb Gunj has said and DOE is just putting some vague clarifications and not wanting to change anything inspite of several parent bodies meeting them and knowing the exact situation.
Request some people from Legal background to please come forward and guide us if we have some legal recourse under the constitution of India.
Can no court of this country sense the situation and take some suo moto action on this.
What good will this Janlokpal bill etc will do if we keep struggling on basics like Education for our Kids in a fair and transparent way.

We have spent so many years in the city but our kids are not entitled to have good education here.
Its very ridiculous.
