Hello All,

The Print out of the online submitted form with required Photographs and self attested documents need to be submitted at the school however I am not getting an option to print the form.

The website took me straight to payment section after a preview and now when i return back to main page I do not see any option to view or print the form.

You only see a table with one entry with the form number and other details. 

No hyperlinks to view/print the form. I am using a Chrome browser.

Is anybody else facing similar issue? Please advise.
